Double bolt cable cleats are specially designed for suitable various type of Single core cable and it as made of fully high quality aluminium alloy (Lm6) material. This cleats can be fixed directly to channel or ladder in indoor and outdoor areas ranging from 11KV to 400KV cable.
Trefoil cleats are used for high voltage single core cables, wherein the current rating is high and threecore cables are not available. The trefoil cleats are used for laying single core cables in trefoil touching formation which helps to maintain magnetic symmetry thereby avoiding electromagnetic heating and loss of current and it is nullify the induced magnetic field of high voltage power cables. Aluminium Trefoil Cable Cleats With Stainless Steel Strap are made of high quality aluminium alloy (LM-6) material in the base with 304 Grade Stainless Steel Strap which supports all types of single core cable, double, three cables or bundle of cables in trefoil formations and it can be mainly used for indoor horizontal applications from 11KV to 220KV cable.
Aluminum Trefoil Cable Cleat are made of fully high quality aluminium alloy (LM-6) material and it can be mainly used for Indoor horizontal applications from 11KV to 220KV cable.
Dhawin engineering Link box are available from 11 KV to 400KV with SVL and with out SVL as well as single phase & three phase in stainless steel (AISI: 304) with gray paint finish of weather proof, gasketted construction and structure mounting type suitable for indoor & outdoor application conforming to degree of production IP -65 & IP 68 and required test will be done as per international standard.
EHV Link box is electrically and mechanically one of the integral accessories of HV underground cable bonding system and associated with HV XLPE power cable systems. the bonding system is to designed that the cables sheaths are bonded and earthed by direct grounding or with SVL grounding,in such way as to eliminate or reduce the circulating sheath currents. Link boxes are used with cable joints and terminations to provide easy access to shield breaks for testing purpose and to limit voltage build up on the sheath. The link box is using part of the bonding system, which is essential of improving current caring capacity and human productions.
